Double Header and A Tribute

Justin and a lot of his buddies are on a men's softball league. This year Justin's office is sponsoring their team "IWM". I never get a chance to take photos of them playing so here they finally are!

The guys are warming up for a two game, back to back night! They began at 6:00 and started another game at 7:00!

Justin is #9....the same number he had in high school. All the guys are pretty serious and supersticious about their numbers.

During the first game, Daron and Adam are on first base.

Justin took a time out to come over to the fence (where all of us wives sit along the field and cheer them on!).

Justin made it to first base! Unfortunately...they lost this game, but WON the 2nd game! Whoo hoo!

After the games, we headed down to Cherry Festival to spend some time with our family munching on local cuisine and to watch The Beatles Tribute band play! It's a tradition that we go each year. The Tribute band has been coming to the Cherry Festival for 27 years!

Lindsey is enjoying a pie flurry here.....a whole piece of pie blended with ice cream. YUM!

Our parents were dancing fools! It was a blast!

Twist and Shout is my dad's favorite song they sing....so you gotta TWIST and SHOUT! It was such a fun time. With Justin's parents living in Idaho...they don't get to do the Festival very often. I was so glad they were here for some memorable moments of the summer!
