A boat ride and a wedding....

Since the weather has been warming up, we've been taking full advantage of our boat usage on Lake Leelanau! We live a quarter of a mile from the boat launch, so it's very easy for us to slip out anytime we want to. On this particular Friday night, it was about 75 and sunny....perfect boating weather :)

We are so VERY lucky to be so close to a lake. It's something I have always loved about our location!

June 18th marked a special day in our family. Lizzy's wedding day in Grand Haven! The wedding was beautiful with shades of pink and white. After the wedding we "camped out" on the lawn and enjoyed a cold beverage while waiting for the reception to begin! Here Justin and Dan hang out.

Kimmy's B-Day and Toga Party!

June 11th we had a birthday Toga party in honor of Kimmy! This was our first toga party, and it was a LOT of fun! We all donned bed sheets....we had to do it right.

After a long night of birthday celebrations, toga wearing, dancing, and eating.....we ended the night. Our first toga party was a sucess! Who said bed sheets have to be boring? :)

Beach Bums!

June 8th we attended our first Beach Bum game of the summer!

There was slight mist at the start of them game :) Krin knew how to stay dry!

There were NOT a lot of people at the game so we pretty much could pick any seats!! With a group of about 15 people....that really helped us stay together!

Kim, Andrea, and I all impulse shopped and got these cute Bum's t-shirts! They were prefect!

It was such a fun Wednesday night!! Taco Night, Bums game, and then dancing at Northern Lites! We have some great friends in our group...it's ALWAYS a good time!
