North Bar Beach Day!

North Bar is one of our most favorite summer spots to spend a warm day. Located way out in Empire, MI it takes a while to reach but it's SO worth it!

The guys stayed in the sand for about an hour like this!

We swam in North Bar Lake (which is a lot warmer than lake michigan) so the guys attempted to all "dive" in at the same time. Each opinion of a dive is different :)

Justin swam across North Bar Lake! Exhausted....he finally made it back. I don't think he'll attempt that again for a while :)

It was such a gorgeous day, it's always hard to pack up and go home! I assume we will see many North Bar days this summer of 2011!

Summer Nights Have Finally Arrived!

After the sun finally set, the winds picked up and the weather became chilly....so we went to the our favorite beverage center :) and continued the party. The guys met up with us after enjoying a local football game.

After Kim's shower on Saturday, we figured...why stop celebrating now? So we went downtown to The Holiday Inn deck, enjoyed some frosty beverages and watched the sun set. It was such a beautiful day, mid 80's, and just perfect for an evening by the water.
